l Patent power beam transmission technology. When the door leaf is
closed to the right place, the door leaf will slightly shift to the
door frame and the ground. The rubber pads that are arranged on the
four sides of the door leaf can be completely combined with the
door frame and the ground, which ensuring the air tightness. When
the door leaf is open, the rubber pads will separate from the door
frame and the ground in order to prevent from contracting the
ground, greatly reducing the wear and prolonging the service life
of the door.
l Patent door leaf location technology. With the combination of
double slopes inner the groove at the bottom of the door leaf and
spherical surface directive wheel, the door leaf will sink and be
close to the door frame when the door is closed, and vice versa.
The door leaf will move from groove to the sliding railway up to
the adjustment of directive wheel, which avoids from swinging.
l The power beam is made of strength aluminum alloy section. The
transmission structure is reasonable and reliable with life span of
over 1 million times. The power beam can be installed in two ways:
surface mounting type and enclosed mounting type. Easy and
convinient to install and low noise, which is quite suitable for
hospitals.
l The interior of the door leaf adopts an advanced high pressure
foaming technolgy with strength aluminum alloy section door frames
that is pressed molding by a large-sized platform ensures the
smoothiness and flatness of the door leaf. The surface can be
decorated with large-size matt stainless steel, steel, or aluminum,
etc., and can be sprayed with plastic coatings of different colors.
l High quality imported seal strips are embedded between the four
sides of the door, which meets the sanitary requirements in
hospital. The air tightness of this product is detected and meets
the Highest Grade (grade 8) of the National Standard(GB/T7106-2008).
l The door can automatically open and close when medical staff put a foot into the switch box or put a hand above the hand sensing switch. Safety photo cell can be installed in the door frame insures the safetiness.
